Whether you’re looking for a consistent home practice, a deeper exploration of Shadow Yoga principles, or the flexibility of on-demand classes, I offer a range of online and in-person options to support your journey.
Join me for my first course in 2026.
A six-week course in Bruton, Somerset, where we’ll cover:
– Diaphragm release
– Breathwork
– Fluid physical movements
Expect a gentle, yet dynamic class that uses fluid movements for the cultivation of inner calm
Who’s it for?
The first course of 2026 will start with diaphragm release & breathwork practices, before moving onto a sequence of fluid movements that increase external mobility and internal flow.
The course is for anyone who enjoys both yoga and qigong/tai chi, or who is interested in developing a more energetic/subtle physical practice.
Why do it?
The diaphragm is THE breathing muscle, but it can become dysfunctional due to stress or trauma. The simple exercises taught in the class can be practised easily at home and can provide measurable results.
The flowing movements and stances gently unfold the life-force held within the tissues of the body, so that when āsana (yoga postures) or meditation is practised, one’s energy, blood and fluids move freely, bringing greater health and vitality…and because it feels good!
